Door de raad vastgestelde plannen
Op 18 november 2009 heeft de raad het gewijzigde bestemmingsplan en exploitatieplan, het ongewijzigde beeldkwaliteitsplan, alsmede de grondexploitatie definitief vastgesteld.
Van 17 december 2009 tot en met 27 januari 2010 liggen de plannen opnieuw ter inzage, zodat er gelegenheid is om in beroep te gaan bij de Raad van State.
